No Cancellation After Payment

Once payment is completed for a Carbon&Clarity product, the order cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. All sales are considered final upon successful payment.

Exchange Only — No Returns or Refunds

Carbon&Clarity products are eligible only for exchange, not return or refund.

Exchange requests must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us at hello@carbonclarity.co.

The product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags, certificates, and documentation intact.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired exchange product is unavailable, a store credit of equivalent value will be issued.

Customised / Made-to-Order Items

Customised, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery items are not eligible for exchange or cancellation under any circumstances.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at hello@carbonclarity.co with clear photographs of the item and packaging. Carbon&Clarity will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Pricing & Gold Rate Fluctuations

Gold prices are subject to daily market fluctuations. The price at the time of order placement will be honoured for that transaction. No refunds, exchanges, or adjustments will be made for subsequent changes in gold rates.

Disclosure & Agreement

By placing an order on the Carbon&Clarity website, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the above cancellation and refund terms. It is the customer’s responsibility to review all policies before completing a purchase.
