General

Carbon&Clarity operates an online platform for the sale of gold and jewellery products in India.

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Products & Pricing

All product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual products may vary slightly in colour, weight, or design due to the handcrafted nature of jewellery.

Gold prices are subject to daily market fluctuations and may change without prior notice. The price at the time of order placement will be honoured for that transaction.

We make every effort to ensure pricing accuracy. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Orders & Payment

All payments are securely processed through Stripe. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and UPI.

An order is confirmed only upon successful payment. You will receive an order confirmation email at your registered email address.

Once payment is completed, the order cannot be cancelled. Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or an unauthorised transaction is suspected.

Production & Delivery

Production of jewellery takes approximately 12–14 days from order confirmation. Delivery takes an additional 4–5 business days after dispatch.

Customers are responsible for inspecting the package upon delivery. Any issues must be reported within 48 hours.

Exchange Policy

Products are eligible for exchange only, not return or refund. Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Customised items are not eligible for exchange. Please refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Carbon&Clarity and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Carbon&Clarity shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
