Production Timeline

All Carbon&Clarity jewellery is meticulously crafted to order. Production takes approximately 12–14 days from the date of order confirmation and successful payment.

Delivery Timeline

Once production is complete, your order will be dispatched and delivered within 4–5 business days.

Total estimated time from order to delivery: 16–19 business days.

Shipping Partners

Orders are shipped through Carbon&Clarity’s trusted logistics partners with full insurance coverage.

Inspection at Delivery

Customers must inspect the package for any damage or tampering before accepting it from the delivery partner. If the package appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately at hello@carbonclarity.co.

Packaging

Every jewellery piece from Carbon&Clarity is delivered in secure, tamper-proof packaging to ensure its safety. Your jewellery is presented in an exclusive Carbon&Clarity box, accompanied by all relevant certificates and invoices.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email at your registered email address. You can use this to track your shipment in real time.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.
